MILANI EYETECH PERFECTION USABILITY TEST

This project introduced me to the concept of user experience design and is a usability pilot test on the Milani Eyetech Perfection Liquid Eyeliner. After a visit to SAS Institute’s Software Usability Labs where we were introduced to the use of user experience design in a corporate environment, we were assigned to test the usability of a product we use in our everyday lives, inspired by the book “The Design of Everyday Things” by Don Norman. In my report, I address my experiment, expectations, and results, supplemented by charts and visuals that display my research in an easy to follow and compare format.
